Loop Logic Solutions provides AI-powered marketing and automation services including but not limited to AI chatbots, SMS and email automation, CRM setup, paid advertising management, SEO, and website design. Service details are outlined in individual client agreements.

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. All fees are due as specified. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
All content, branding, and materials created by Loop Logic Solutions remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You retain ownership of your own business data and content provided to us.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Loop Logic Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the most recent 30-day period.
We use best practices and proven strategies, but we cannot guarantee specific results including lead volume, revenue growth, or ad performance. Results vary based on market conditions, budget, and other factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the client agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
